Painting after S11, the public protests that rallied against the World Economic Forum in Melbourne September 2000.
A meditation on the role of state police during global trade summits and the "what are we doing here" factor.
The paintings are derived from video footage taken of mass police lines. Gathering this footage began as a reflex, to evidence the actions taken by police against people gathered outside Crown Casino during the three day blockade.
